Professional Workplace Dilemma
There are many professional workplace dilemmas that I can write about and that's what has made this paper a little difficult to start. I am employed at Loma Linda University Medical Center in the Department of Respiratory Care. This alone opens up many opportunities for ethical issues to arise. angry staff at the hospital instead of the educated and informed person I have become. I find myself now taking situations and educating my staff instead of just disciplining them. These are tools I have gained from my experience at University of Phoenix.
