Feedback from teacher: Well written and easy to follow. Couple of suggestions. You should answer the question (will instant messaging increase or decrease workplace efficiency) in the first paragraph directly. You spent a little too much of the paper describing what instant messaging is and not answering the question. Glad to see that you did some research and cited it.
