Even though some of the information in my research told of the downsides of supplements I will continue to take them, for I feel that they have made me healthier and more consciences about my eating. I know though that if I would improve my dietary habits to include 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day I would have a much better chance of staying healthy and alive.
