For something to be affirmative it must be positive; any policy that is hurting others cannot be considered positive. Affirmative Action essentially means special treatment and special preference. In the beginning, it was an honorable policy put forth to help get minorities on their feet, not put them head and shoulders above the rest. <Tab/>
