Opening his eyes, G. did not know where he was, did not know why he was lying on a cold floor. Once he came to his senses, and realizing he was in an alley, he

dead man from the alley. Consequently proving, that he is the living soul of the dead man from the alley.
This short story successfully demonstrated a main aspect of the Kafkaesque: Alienation. I do believe that had I had more time, the story would of proved longer and would of included a lot more imagery than its current state. But in all, I believe I did a good job with the writing of The Corpse.
