Therefore, a thorough group analysis of group effectiveness skills should be carry out in every new group formation. Implementation of appropriate group interventions is vital to ensure the success of a group. However, there is no one single solution to the problems facing by a group. An integration of various intervention strategies should be adopted, to produce the most effective solution. This, is what we called synergy.
