Sikh Holy Book and have had the right to an opinion for the duration of the religion. This important aspect of the religion adds a real sense equality and fairness to all beings. These views are not shared by many mainstream religions today let alone 500 years previous. Sikhism does not follow the Caste system. All people are born equal and Sikhs disbelieve in idol worship and the praise of other gods besides that of Sikhism.
