The group discussions and assignments have made focus on others opinions and become more of a critical thinker. Even though my current employment is somewhat less desirable but when I do obtain a position within a company in upper management. I will defiantly utilize ethical treatment to and use my power to maintain corporate social responsibility to the business and the community.
