From reading this article I gathered that perhaps there is a possibilty of a healthy individual to somehow acquire cauliflower like lesions on their genitals with having HPV. HPV almost always causes lesions especially in those people who have lower or altered immune systems. But just because you have genital lesions doesn't mean that the human papillomavirus is present.
