Theatre itself reflected a lot about community , and religion in many ways. Although there are many unresolved question about theatre in the fifth century, we can be reasonably sure that it was vigorous institution, in high repute with the general public and with the religious authorities. Drama was the most prized form of literature and the theatre the most popular of the arts.
