Each student who enters College must fulfill a Core requirement of courses before he or she graduates. One of these Core requirements is a course in Cultural Diversity. …showed last 75 words of 364 total…itself, I said to myself, "That can not be." I figured it would have taken at least a thousand years before Christianity could reach the continent of Africa. Similarly, because Jesus was born in a country that was part of the Roman Empire, I always considered him European with little access to Africa. This belief led me to imagine that Christianity did not make its presence known in Africa until the Europeans began forming colonies.
