In any work of literary art there is good and evil; one without the other does not and can not exist. This part of writing has existed from the beginning of literature. Good and evil are never just standing right there for the reader to trip over. The reader must sometimes look a bit harder, in Genesis 1-3 there is both light verses dark, and faith verses temptation. During the excerpt from the Shah-nama there is love, fate, and pride. Without this element of good and evil there would no longer be legends, stories, or any other kind of literature to read. Good and evil are literature.
