can argue that man is successful or often than not, but the occurrence of failure is inevitable and unquestionable. William Golding was a firm believer in the idea that man is evil, whether it is inborn or acquired. Through Lord of the Flies, Golding establishes his morality and opinion of his society. Hopefully, by reading and pondering the ideas associated with the novel, people can reestablish their own morals avoid he evil lurking within them.
