Democracy and the Problem of Free Speech Free Press, (February 1995) Very helpful book. Cass Sunstein challenges conventional answers with a remarkable array of lucid arguments and legal examples. His is probably the best book I have read on the subject. It further explained how our constitutional protection of free speech can serve to strengthen our democracy.
