In terms of women and sex appeal, the world of advertising has changed a considerable amount. Many of the advertisements which are seen in newspapers, magazines, and television fail to portray women in a more positive light. …showed last 75 words of 839 total…should not have to feel pressured to become the "ideal woman" when looking at advertisements that provide images of the world's most gorgeous women. It is outrageous for many women to change their self-image when a lot of these advertisements are slightly portraying false images of women anyway. But I guess that with advanced technology, who is to say that it is not okay to alter the bodies of women who are seen in advertisements?
