Cyber crime, through the use of the Internet, such as DoS attacks as I've mentioned above can be very hard to punish. There isn't any specific legislation which covers these types of crimes. As I've mentioned above, in order to prevent, or at least prosecute such criminal activities, there is a need to amend existing laws or enact new ones.
