whole world thinking they are somebody that they aren't. As for sports stars, they train intensely every single day to achieve their slimness and fitness and they are also professionally made-up for each game/match. There is no cure for low self-esteem and low participation rates as the mass media is only one millionth of the causes. However, we can help to decrease it in this department by understanding the fake ideals of these women.
