Antigone
In the play Antigone I have observed a variety of personality traits the character of Antigone portrays. At different times during the play, Antigone shows to be strong-willed, disrespects people, and desires popularity. Although these are not the only characteristics she exemplifies, I feel they are most important to describe her behavior through out the play.

should belong to her exclusively. Antigone feels Ismene has not earned this honor of dying.
Antigone has many character flaws. Throughout the play she is strong-willed, arrogant, and seeks popularity. However she is very persuasive and intriguing person. The behavior she exhibits is what gets Antigone into so much trouble with the law and her family, including her uncle Creon, who unfortunately in this situation is the law.
