the "Civil War" must be due to some other reason - to "preserve the Union." If you are going to use this argument you must first understand the Mercantilist and oppressive policies imposed on the South by the North. It is a shame that we do not recognize these reasons because even Karl Marx, a man whom I do not agree with philosophically, recognized that the war was due to tyrannical actions by the North.
