Her behavior of not letting go of people by literally keeping them around after they are dead is extremely absurd, and would not pass off as sane, or socially accepted. Her other disturbing behavior that lead me to believe that she is mad is her ability to kill people for her gratification without the least regret, or consideration for their life.
